By commissioning me you agree to the terms of service outlined below.
These terms apply to all commissions unless exceptions are previously discussed with me.

general information

I take commissions through VGen. Slots are limited and I will announce on my social media accounts when new ones open. I may accept commissions based on interest, not first come first served. Additionally, I reserve the right to decline any commission.I aim to finish each commission within 1 month but please allow up to 2 months for completion. If you have a set deadline, let me know in your request and I'll see if I can make it.Once your commissioned artwork is finished I will send you the full resolution png image along with a watermarked version for posting online via email.All commissions will be drawn in my style as shown in the examples.Please note which subjects I will and will not draw below. If you're not sure, just ask! ପ(๑•ᴗ•๑)ଓ ♡

communication

Communication and delivery will be through email: [email protected]I will try my best to reply to all messages promptly, but as I am a full time student please allow a few days for me to reply. If I haven't gotten back to you after a week, feel free to send your message again in case I missed it.Likewise, if you do not reply to my message, I will resend it after one week. If you do not get back to me within two weeks, I will assume you have given up on the commission. In this case I may finish the artwork on my own time and use it as outlined in usage permissions.

payment & refund policy

The full payment must be made upfront. I will only start working on your commission after receiving the payment. Generally I do not offer refunds so please consider this before commissioning me.However, if I for any reason cannot finish your commission within 2 months after receiving the payment, you will be offered a full refund.I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time if you violate these terms of service (e.g. rushing me without mentioning the deadline in your request, demanding extra revisions without fee, threatening me etc.) without refund.

process & revisions

After confirming your request and having received the payment, I will begin working on your commission. Once I finish the sketch, I will send over the file for you to check.At this sketch stage a maximum of 2 major revisions (meaning pose, expression etc.) are possible. After the sketch is confirmed, I will finish the drawing and once again ask you to check the file.At this final stage a maximum of 1 minor revision (meaning color adjustment, adding small details etc.) is possible.Additional revisions can be discussed but will incur a fee depending on their complexity. If I make a mistake regarding the character design that was clearly visible in the provided references, fixing it will not count as a revision.Finally, I will send you an email containing the full resolution finished artwork in .png format along with a low resolution watermarked version for posting online.※ One revision can include several changes that will be implemented at the same time.

usage permissions

Using my artwork for or in relation with NFTs or other blockchain-related technologies, or for training or testing AI is strictly prohibited!! Any violation of this rule will lead to being blocked, blacklisted and your rights to all work I have ever made for you being retracted!


✦ PERSONAL USE ✦By default all commissions are for personal use only! That means you (the commissioner) are allowed to use the commissioned artwork:
- as banner or profile picture on personal social media accounts with credit
- for posting the full image with credit (please use the watermarked version for this)
- for printing or creating merchandise (charms, stickers etc.) in small amounts and for yourself onlyYou are not allowed to use the commissioned artwork:
- as banner or profile picture on a commercial account
- to advertise commercial accounts such as monetized youtube or twitch channels
- for modification or editing (such as applying filters, creating video thumbnails etc.)
- to sell prints, merchandise or any digital product consisting of or including the commissioned artwork
- to advertise prints, merchandise or any digital product


✦ COMMERCIAL USE ✦For commercial use please choose the respective add-on when making your request.✦ Type 1 - Streaming and Content Creation: (base price x2)
You may use the commissioned artwork for personal use as stated above, as well as to promote yourself by using it:
- as banner or profile picture on a commercial account
- to advertise commercial accounts such as monetized youtube or twitch channels
- for editing (e.g. to create video thumbnails or stream schedules)You are not allowed to use the commissioned artwork:
- to sell prints, merchandise or any digital product consisting of or including the commissioned artwork
- to advertise prints, merchandise or any digital product✦ Type 2 - Prints and Merchandise: (base price x3)
You may use the commissioned artwork for personal use and commercial use type 1 as stated above, as well as to create and promote products by using it:
- to sell prints, merchandise or any digital product consisting of or including the commissioned artwork
- to advertise prints, merchandise or any digital product


In case the artwork is commissioned as a gift for a third person, the usage rights selected and paid for with the request transfer to this person upon receiving the gift.Regardless of personal or commercial usage license, you may never claim the commissioned artwork as your own creation.


I hold all rights to every artwork I create as commission. I may for example:
- display the commissioned artwork in my portfolio
- use it as an example for future commissions
- post finished commissions, works in progress and timelapses
- stream the drawing processIf you do not want me to share any of these publicly, please choose the corresponding option when placing your request. Note that this may incur an additional fee.
